1. Booking and buying

To buy articles from the e-shop, the Customer must go to the dedicated area of the website (Shop). Each article for sale is accompanied by a photograph, a description and the price. It is possible to select and book the individual items proposed. Simply indicate the quantity and confirm, having chosen any variants, to include the article in the cart. 
It is possible to add, delete or confirm all bookings made up to this time.

To confirm an order, the Customer must complete the personal identification procedure:

1. If already registered, this can be performed by e-mail address and password;

2. Users who are not yet registered will have to register, by providing all the data requested;

3. Without registration, when required providing the data needed to finalize the purchase.

The purchase will only be understood as complete for Shop by VAGABOND HOME LTD when it has sent e-mail confirmation using the "order confirmation form". In the event of even temporary unavailability of one or more products, the Customer will be informed about order progress by e-mail.

 

2. Retail price

For each article the unitary price is expressed in EURO (€), VAT (Value Added Tax) inclusive and net of shipment costs.

The contributions of shipment will vary depending on the type of delivery, the quantity of products to be shipped, the volume, weight and the place of destination, will be highlighted during the checkout process and on the form "VS order confirmation".

All of the products in the e-shop are available in stock. If this occurs due to unforeseen delays in delivery of the products, the Customer will be promptly notified by e-mail, as well as in the case of even temporary unavailability of one or more products.

VAGABOND HOME LTD ships to all countries provided during registration. However, there may be cases where customs problems preventing the delivery of products ordered. In this case the customer will be informed by e-mail and refunded later.

 

3. Terms of payment

The Customer may pay for purchases in the following ways:

4. Delivery of goods and shipment expenses

All the articles ordered by the Customer and confirmed by VAGABOND HOME LTD, in the “Your order confirmation" will be sent by Cargo Courier (national or international) to the delivery address indicated by the Customer. The customer will be asked to contribute to the costs, which will be shown on “Your order confirmation” depending on the country the order is to be sent to. Because the delivery is done via Cargo service the customer must be present and assist in the unloading process of the shipped products.

Articles will only be sent after total order payment has been regularly registered and confirmed by VAGABOND HOME LTD.

Products shipped within the European Union are delivered within approximately 10 working days after order confirmation. The exact term is indicated during checkout. For shipments outside the EU shipping conditions must be confirmed in advance. Shipments are made Monday through Friday. Logistic restrictions and regulations to contain the ongoing pandemic could impact in delivery times. We will make every effort to prevent it. Any variation to the above mentioned will be notified immediately by e-mail to the Customer.

In the event of a shipping delay greater than 15 working days the customer can exercise his right to refuse the order, before the good have been delivered. In this case he must inform VAGABOND HOME immediately. Reimbursement of the price invoiced for the returned goods will be made by a payment to the Customer’s bank account within 14 days.

 

5. Transport and Packaging

All products are packed in a sturdy packaging.

Before releasing the goods to be sent to their destination, check that the packaging is intact; should you find packaging which has been tampered with or missing packages (damaged cardboard boxes), they must be declared and reported on the transport documents with the carrier countersigning the notes for acknowledgement of receipt or, in any case, duly reported within the day following delivery.

In this way, the insurance company will reimburse any damage, otherwise the client will bear the loss. We will not accept late reports or complaints.

6. Import and customs duty

The products sold are not subject to any import or customs duty if the product is sold and delivered within the European Union.

Products to be delivered to non-EU countries may be subject to import and/or customs duty, depending on the type of product and the destination country. We cannot predict whether any or what costs may be charged to clear the goods through customs.

For more information, please contact your own national customs office.

Nonetheless, any costs relating to import and/or customs duty are to be paid by the client.

 

7. Right to withdrawal

The Customer enjoys a right to withdrawal, which he may exercise, without having to justify the reasons, within a term of 14 (fourteen) working days starting from the day the ordered goods are received.

The Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal by sending written notice to VAGABOND HOME at the following address: office@vagabondhome.eu. This must be done within 14 days of receipt of the purchased Products, specifying the order number, the product for which you intend to exercise your right of withdrawal, your billing information and an e-mail address at which you may be contacted. The withdrawal notice must specify the intention to withdraw from the purchase. Following the correct exercise of the right of withdrawal, the Customer will be contacted by the Customer service of VAGABOND HOME which will coordinate the return procedure and the handling of the refund.

The refund will include the price paid for the sale and no shipping costs. Any additional or higher shipping costs required to return the Product shall be borne by the Customer, as well as any duties and costs relating to the storage of goods beyond the terms.

 

In order for the withdrawal right to be exercised, goods must be returned intact, in their original packaging, in a perfect state and subject to agreement with VAGABOND HOME LTD. The products must not have been used or damaged. We do not accept returns of used goods

The goods must be sent back with an insured parcel sent carriage free; no parcel sent for payment on delivery or at the address’s expense will be collected by:

Reimbursement of the price invoiced for the returned goods will be made by a payment to the Customer’s bank account within 14 days from receipt of the returned goods.

Goods returned incomplete, spoilt, damaged or soiled due to the Customer’s fault will not be reimbursed, nor will they in any case lead to the payment of credit equal to the price of the article initially ordered.

If the refund should depend on an error VAGABOND HOME LTD, shipping charges will be borne by the seller, in all other cases, the shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.

 

The return procedure is considered completed upon receipt by the Customer of the credit note, whose amount is equal to that of the purchase invoice, minus the costs of collecting the returned goods borne by the Customer and the receipt of the bank transfer relating to the return. In the event of currency conversion, the Seller and/or the Manufacturer are not liable for the difference between the value of the initial payment and the value of the corresponding refund; the risks associated with currency exchange and differences in value due to fluctuations in the exchange rate of the transaction, lie solely and exclusively with the Customer.

 

8. Warranty

Warranty is described in a separate document (Warranty Card) for each individual product. According to EU wall the minimum warranty period for all the supplied products is 24 months.
